Versace Highend Aztec And American Indian Inspired Bags.

(Image from ;http://charlottescollection.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/high-end-done-high-street-versace-aztec.html )

The patterns from these Versace Bags links to my research  .Versace have screen printed onto a piece of hide/leather and then fringed it , the fringing was inspired by American Indian tribal garments and this also links to my research (show image of museum research . ) However I am not sure I want to use fringing , it is too literally for my style in my opinion . However , when I asked my grandmother Pamela How I could improve my rough designs she pointed out that fringing would add a nice touch . So others disagree with my opinion . However , I will ask around and get others opinions and then I will go with the majority , as fashion is about what the public wants and not what I want .

American Indian Fact I found out from my Grandmother ; '' When I was in a Canadian Native American reserve , the woman were salting the hide / leather and chewing it to make it malleable .''
